I my name is Oscar Galindo. I have been scouting and evaluating rising prep football talent in the Nebraska and Iowa area for five years now and have decided to branch out to run my own recruiting service. I am starting the "Locked IN Prep Report" in hopes of bringing further exposure to the great football talent in Nebraska and Iowa.
